We kindly inform you that we process your personal data. Details are provided below, and the data is prepared based on the GDPR, i.e. the new regulation on the protection of personal data.
Data administrator 1. Personal data provided to us by you are processed by the administrator - Usługi Wydawnicze Iwona Knechta with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Mokotowska 60/50, NIP: 526 149 96 33.
2. We, as the entity running the Service, take care to protect the privacy and information provided by the Service Users, and in particular their personal data.
3. We do not disclose the data provided by you to third parties, except for the transfer of data in cases provided for by law, when such disclosure of data is obligatory.
Purposes and basis of data processing
The personal data entrusted to us, in particular the name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number will be processed on the basis of your consent:
- in order to execute the contract and send the order
- if you agree to this, in order to send marketing offers and commercial information by electronic means by Usługi Wydawnicze Iwona Knechta
Basis of processing: - conclusion of a sales contract and provision of services (art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR)
- legal obligation, e.g. related to accounting (art. 6 sec. 1 letter c GDPR)
- possible determination, pursuit or defense of claims (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR)
- offering information about products and direct marketing, with your consent, which is our legitimate interest (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR)
Data processed: The data entrusted to us is provided voluntarily, but in some cases it may be required in order to conclude a sales contract or send a newsletter. Failure to provide mandatory personal data, depending on the purpose of processing, means:
- inability to perform the sales service/conclude the contract
- resignation from signing up for the Newsletter service
- resignation from sending the Newsletter
Data storage period: In accordance with the new regulation, we will store your data:
- until the end of the limitation period for potential claims from the contract
- for the duration of the legal obligation on us, during which we are obliged to retain your personal data
- for direct marketing purposes - until you report a possible resignation, objection and withdrawal of consent to their processing for this purpose
Data access rights: You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy and correct it
- delete your data in our databases or impose restrictions on their processing
- withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data
- submit a "marketing objection" - then we will not process your data for the purpose of conducting direct marketing
- objection due to a special situation
- transferring data to another entity in a machine-readable format
- file a complaint with the authority supervisory

- software provider needed to run and maintain an online store
Cookies Our website uses so-called cookies, which are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device. They are intended for using our Website and usually contain the name of the website, the time of their storage on the device and a unique number. We do not automatically collect any information, except for data from cookies.
