4. The Regulations specify the rights and obligations of Customers as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller as the entity managing and operating the Store.
5. The Regulations are available in English.
6. Customers are obliged to respect copyrights and rights arising from the registration of inventions, patents, trademarks, utility models and industrial designs.
7. The owner of Graf_ika Publishing Services, Iwona Knechta, undertakes to use the personal data of the store's customers only for the reliable performance of the distance sales contract. The Privacy Policy can be found HERE, made available when placing an order and sent each time by e-mail along with the order confirmation.
8. Purchase in the online store www.sklep.graf-ika.pl constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
I. Technical terms of using the Store. 1. In order to use the Store, the Customer should have:
• a device transmitting ICT data
• access to the Internet
• email address
2. The store collects information contained in cookies, which are text files; these files do not store any personal data and are used anonymously to assess real interest in the service on the store's website. Cookies are used to exchange information between the Store and the User, which greatly facilitates the adjustment of the offer to the expectations and preferences of each Store User. The customer decides on the use of cookies. Internet browsers are often set by default to install these files on the Customer's end device, which can change the settings at any time.
3. The Store informs that disabling the use of Cookies by the Customer may affect the functionalities available in the Store.
II. Registration and Login 1. In order to create a "Customer Account", the Customer registers by providing: login, e-mail address, password and name and surname, telephone number, address using the form. The customer has the option of providing data for a VAT invoice.
2. The password provided when logging in to the Store may consist of letters, numbers and/or special characters. The password is individual for each user. You can change your password on the website by entering your e-mail address and new password.
3. Creating a "Customer Account" is free of charge.
4. By accepting the regulations, the Customer submits the following declaration:
• I voluntarily started using the store's services
• the data contained in the form is true
5. The Customer may not transfer the password to the account in the Online Store to third parties.
6. After registration, the Customer will receive an activation link to the account website to the provided e-mail address.
7. Activation allows you to log in to the system.
8. The customer may not copy, modify or distribute the content, photos, logos without the prior consent of the authorized person.
III. Order fulfillment 1. The store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing the Customer to place an order at any time, except for maintenance breaks. The customer can also place an order in person at the headquarters during opening hours.
2. In the case of natural persons, only persons with full legal capacity may be clients.
3. The customer places an order as follows:
• selection of goods made by adding them to the cart
• choice of delivery and payment method
• providing data for the registration or login form, delivery form
• order confirmation via the "order with payment obligation" button
• sending order confirmation to the Customer's e-mail address
• an order placed electronically will be confirmed no later than within two business days (excluding holidays) of receipt of the order. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail or telephone
4. The customer undertakes to provide true data.
5. The order confirmation sent to the Customer includes:
• store details, including detailed correspondence address, e-mail address and telephone number
• product description (e.g. quantity, color, dimensions)
• unit and total price of all products
• order price = total price of products + costs of contract execution, including payment and delivery
• payment method
• information about the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days
• information about the right to warranty
• a sample withdrawal form is sent in an attachment or link within 14 days
IV. Payment method 1. The customer has the option of paying for the goods for the placed order in the following forms:
• by transfer to the bank account indicated by the Store
• Przelewy24 online transfer payment system
• settlements of credit card and e-transfer transactions are carried out via Przelewy24 or Paypal
• by paying upon receipt of the shipment, after selecting this option in the product delivery method section, when finalizing the order
2. Payment costs are specified on the order page/e-mail confirming the order and are included in the final price of the order. For using a specific form of payment, the seller may not demand from the consumer a fee that exceeds the costs incurred by the seller in this respect.
V. Delivery 1. The customer selects the type of delivery
• economy postal parcel - longer delivery time
• priority mail parcel - shorter delivery time
2. Delivery time is 7-90 days depending on the selected delivery method.
3. Deliveries take place on business days, from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays.
4. The Seller is responsible for the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods until the Consumer receives them.
5. When receiving the shipment, the buyer has the opportunity to check the goods and, in the event of any damage, write down a report in the presence of the supplier. Writing a protocol is not a condition for submitting a complaint or exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.
6. Goods are delivered within Poland and to selected countries of the world (if the shipping option to a given region of the world is unavailable, please contact the store directly).
7. For orders whose total weight exceeds 30 kg, please contact the store directly to discuss the possibility of delivery of the goods.
VI. Prices and shipping costs 1. All offers available in the online store constitute only an invitation to the Customer to submit an appropriate purchase offer.
2. Prices given for products on the Store's website are given in PLN/EUR/USD and include taxes and fees. The price of the product before the "add to cart" button does not include shipping costs and other additional fees. Shipping and payment costs are added to the total of the ordered products. Before placing an order, the customer is informed about additional costs, e.g. related to packaging.
3. The final price of the order, binding for the Store and the Customer, is the product price given on the Store's website before the Customer places the order, together with all costs related to the implementation of the contract.
4. Information on the total value of the order (including shipping and payment costs) is made available before selecting the "I am ordering - transaction with payment obligation" option and is confirmed in an immediately e-mail sent to the address provided by the Customer.
VII. Right to withdraw from the contract This chapter applies to Users using the Store as Consumers.
1. The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason by submitting an appropriate declaration in any form within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, or by simply returning the product without issuing a written declaration. To meet the above deadline, it is enough to send the declaration/product before its expiry to the following address:

2. The consumer expresses the will to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract also by sending back the goods, following the procedures indicated in sentence 1 of this chapter.
3. In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties have provided is returned unchanged. The return should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned to the following address:

4. The direct costs of returning the goods in connection with exercising the right are borne by the Buyer.
5. The costs of sending the goods are reimbursed by the Store, but if the Consumer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest, usual method of delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the Consumer.
6. If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Store will refund the price of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer's declaration. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the Consumer.
7. The consumer is obliged to return the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the goods before its expiry.
8. A sample declaration of withdrawal from the contract is available at the bottom of these regulations.
9. The Consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract in the following cases:
• benefits with properties specified by the consumer in his/her submission
• the order or services closely related to him, services that are clearly tailored to the individual needs of the consumer
VII. Consumer's right to warranty 1. Products offered in the Store are covered by the seller's 24-month liability for non-compliance of the goods with the contract. There is a presumption that if the Consumer reported the warranty to the Seller within 12 months of delivery of the product, the product defect already existed at the time of its release.
2. A complaint based on the seller's liability for non-conformity of the goods with the contract should be submitted, among others, to:

3. The complaint should include a detailed description of the type of non-compliance, the date of its occurrence, the Consumer's request, order number and contact details, which will facilitate the complaint procedure.
4. The store considers complaints immediately, no later than within 14 days of receiving the complaint sent by the customer.
5. If there is no information on how the complaint will be considered within the deadline specified in point 4, the complaint will be considered to be considered in favor of the Customer.
6. In the event of a justified complaint, the Customer may demand that the product be brought into compliance with the contract, that the product be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new one, that the price be reduced, or that the contract may be withdrawn. The store will refund customers the equivalent of the price of the entire transaction.
7. A response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address or correspondence address provided by the Customer.
8. The store issues written confirmation of the return of the benefit.
9. A sample Complaint form can be found on the order page and is attached to the e-mail message when order is confirmed.
VIII. The remaining
1. The Customer can read and download the content of the regulations to his Device and print the document.
2. The Store will change the provisions of the Regulations for important reasons after informing the Customers by publishing the uniform text of the Regulations in the Store and sending its content to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. The amended or modified regulations are binding, after meeting other conditions provided for by law, only for legal relations arising after the changes or modifications enter into force.
3. Changes to the regulations will not in any way violate the rights acquired by Customers using the Store before the date of entry into force of the changes.
4. These Regulations are valid from August 17, 2015.
